Ingebjørg Foss Daae is COO of Consigli, the AI-Agent for real estate development. Holding a cybernetics engineering degree and a master’s from Norwegian Business School, she previously excelled as real-estate developer, contractor, consultant engineer and process engineer. Driving product development, operations and growth, she propelled Consigli onto Norway’s 25 Most Innovative Companies list and secured Slush’s coveted “Most Likely Unicorn” nomination, while championing trusted AI and sustainable construction outcomes globally.

Head of Data at BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, James leads the organisation’s data strategy, spearheading a business-wide transformation in how real estate data is acquired, processed, and visualised. Jimmy Jia is a strategist, entrepreneur, and technologist working at the intersection of energy, environment, and finance. He advises the boards of publicly listed corporations on their net zero strategies, is the Venture Partner for ESG at Pi Labs, a PropTech VC firm, and is a non-executive director on several boards in the US, where he chairs committees in both finance and strategy, and has been involved with several CEO executive search.

He is also a member of the Oxford Smith School for Enterprise and the Environment, where his research focuses on carbon accounting practices and standards. He has proposed a new ‘general-purpose green ledger’, adopting IFRS accounting principles to account for the stock and flows emissions. John German is a Managing Director in the Alternative Investment Team at Invesco Real Estate (IRE). John is responsible for spearheading the firm’s European residential expertise and investments in Europe for global institutional investors and for assisting in the development of strategies within the alternatives sectors. Since his arrival at Invesco Real Estate, the firm has concluded several European residential investments and student in the UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, France, Ireland, Denmark Italy and the Czech Republic. It is one of few real estate managers able to offer global residential expertise. John began his investment career in 1987 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 2013.

Prior to joining Invesco, he spent 12 years at Grosvenor, where he was the head of residential strategy and was previously at Aberdeen Property Investors as director of residential fund management. In these roles, John raised, invested and managed c.€200m in two residential funds on behalf of UK and European institutional investors.

At Deepki, she built and led the UK business from scratch—scaling to 4,000+ assets under management, growing a 45-person team, and securing the company’s first global partnership with CBRE (including expansion into new markets, the US and APAC). Luke is the co-founder of Urban Neuron, a built environment research and innovation studio boasting high-calibre partners in real estate and proptech globally. He is an exited entrepreneur and built environment researcher with over 17 years of international experience across engineering, real estate, venture capital and technology start-ups.

Luke was an Associate Fellow in strategy and innovation at the University of Oxford in 2024-25 where he designed the “Cities Tomorrow” programme. He continues to lecture at the university’s Saïd Business School.

In 2023, Luke was selected to chair the UK Government’s “PropTech Steering Committee” and has been twice nominated for the UK PropTech Association’s “Special Achievement Award” (2023, 2024). Sam joined Fresh as Managing Director on the 5th of September 2022. With over 25 years’ experience, Sam brings a depth of experience in providing contracted services across hospitality, facilities, and project management contracts in the public and private sectors. Most recently, Sam was Divisional Managing Director for Sodexo responsible for their large corporate clients in the UK&I. Prior to joining Sodexo in 2013, Sam held senior operational roles in Carillion for over 8 years including in Health and Defence PFI’s contracts developing services for workplace, living accommodation and leisure facilities.

In Sarah’s role as Head of Operations she plays a pivotal part in driving the operational efficiency of Davitt Jones Bould to support delivery of exceptional service and sustain growth. Tom joined WiredScore in 2020 as Head of UK National Markets and has since then been appointed Regional Director for the UK, Ireland and the Middle East.
